"My Driving Ambition" (MDA) school of motoring is based in Paignton, Devon and has been  established to provide high class professional driving tuition from the “L” test and beyond (if desired to IAM / RoSPA standards).  We feel it is vital that you take the best training available : you only learn to drive once ! We  cover all Torbay and the surrounding areas, including Totnes and Newton Abbot.

Who am I?

I am a highly self-motivated and enthusiastic Driving Standards Agency approved driving instructor, with many years of coaching experience which gives the advantage of making learning to drive less stressful , quicker and less expensive for you !  I thrive on developing people's skills and previous clients have described me as a friendly, calm and patient first class coach giving great value for money.

If there is a driving challenge to be overcome then let me know!  I teach all ages from 16 years upwards, priding myself in supporting clients through to their test and beyond. I consider all my clients to be under my  "umbrella" of care, protection and guidance while they are learning or overcoming driving issues. Nervous and anxious clients are my speciality.Whatever your skill levels i promise to improve them .

My pass rate is excellent (  much better than the national average of 43% !!) and with my highly rated qualifications and experience my aim is to coach you to the highest possible standard.Driving well safely for your driving life is MDA's goal; long after you have forgotten about us !

I have also spent many enjoyable years motorcycling in the UK and on the continent, so if you are moving from two wheels to four, I have a good perspective! In fact i have just booked a refresher "Bikesafe" course at Exeter !
